Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped (where available).
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- EU customers: VAT is included where applicable
- Non-EU customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees
We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.
7. Shipping Responsibility & Delays
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Postal service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (e.g. strikes, natural disasters)
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for failed delivery
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
