Due to the nature of yarn products:

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting
  • Variations between dye lots may occur

We strongly recommend purchasing sufficient quantity for your project in a single order to ensure consistency.

Returns based on subjective preferences (such as color perception) may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Yarn that has been used, wound, or partially used
  • Items not in original condition

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.


10. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
