- Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

- Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

Spun and twisted in a small family-run village mill, this pure New Zealand wool yarn has an authentic, slightly rustic texture and beautiful natural wool character.
