We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

• Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• How to Return: Contact us at yarnplayhome@gmail.com before sending anything. Returns should be sent to: Rumpiškės g. 8-3, Klaipėda 91137.
• Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.
