Returns policy

- Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

- Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.

Beautiful 100% New Zealand wool yarn in Steel Blue No. 440 — a refined, muted blue with cool grey undertones and a beautifully soft, sophisticated character.
Steel Blue has a quiet elegance. Less vivid than classic blue and softer than navy, its subtle grey influence creates a smoky, slightly mineral blue that feels contemporary while remaining wonderfully timeless and wearable.
Spun and twisted in a small family-run village mill, this yarn retains the authentic character of pure wool, with a warm, slightly rustic texture and excellent durability.
This versatile fingering weight wool yarn is ideal for knitting, crochet, weaving, colorwork and felting. Steel Blue No. 440 is particularly beautiful for sweaters, cardigans, socks, mittens, warm accessories, blankets, Fair Isle patterns and woven textiles.
