Returns policy

We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • How to Return: Contact us at yarnplayhome@gmail.com before sending anything. Returns should be sent to: Rumpiškės g. 8-3, Klaipėda 91137.
  • Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.

SESIA VIVIENNE: A luxurious blend of 30% silk and 70% mohair, ideal for lightweight, fluffy garments with a beautiful sheen.


How to Order:
The price is listed per 100g./3.5oz.
For 200g, select a quantity of 2 (2 x 100g), and so on.
The yarn will be twisted into cones according to the weight ordered, for example, if you order 200 g, 200 g will be in one cone and the weight of the yarn will be indicated inside the cone. If the customer wishes, we can twist each 100g separately, for which you must write a note to the seller.

Regular restocks ensure a continuous supply. For larger quantities, please feel free to contact me directly.

Care Instructions: Hand wash at 104°F (40°C). Lay flat to dry.
Needles: 2-9mm (0-13 US) — suitable for hand knitting or knitting machines, depending on your desired result.

Large scarf (medium-density stitch): ~100g of mohair yarn.
Lightweight sweater: ~200g.
Sweater with wide sleeves: ~300g.
