    Returns policy

    We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

    • Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
    • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

    • Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
    • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

    European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.

    SESIA merino virgin wool yarn will fascinate you as it did me, it's so much fun to feel it and it's a joy to knit, I hope you will like it too, because I used to have this type of yarn for a sweater when my son was a baby, it was the best sweater for him because it is machine washable, it is a soft wool, if it gets dirty you can't even see it, there are lots of prints, the yarn is soft, it doesn't irritate a little child's little body.
