Returns policy

We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.

Product Details

900g./31.7 oz. grams of beautiful New Zealand fingering wool yarn, for
outerwear, plaids, ponchos, patterned socks, or whatever your imagination comes up with.
After washing, the yarn fluffs up nicely.

This wool was brushed, twisted, and washed with eco detergents in a village, family manufacture.

If you have extremely sensitive skin, this wool is not for you, nor is any other New Zealand wool.
But if you want to activate blood circulation, I suggest you choose the coarsest wool possible.

100% New Zealand wool – roge rose color - 530

Yarn Care Instructions

Hand or gentle machine wash at max 40°C / 104°F. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Additional care varies by fiber type.
