    Returns policy

    We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

    • Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
    • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
    • How to Return: Contact us at yarnplayhome@gmail.com before sending anything. Returns should be sent to: Rumpiškės g. 8-3, Klaipėda 91137.
    • Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
    • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

    European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.

    This listing is for a beautifully handcrafted sample card featuring 52 shades of authentic New Zealand fingering wool yarn.

    Each sample card is carefully handmade by me in my small studio, allowing you to see and feel the true texture, color, and character of the yarn before choosing your favorites for future projects.

    Made from 100% New Zealand wool, this rustic and durable yarn is perfect for knitting and crochet projects such as socks, sweaters, mittens, shawls, and traditional outerwear. The wool has a natural, slightly coarse texture that beautifully reflects its authentic heritage and minimally processed nature.

    This yarn is not intended for very sensitive skin, but many knitters appreciate its warming, breathable qualities and traditional wool feel. Perfect for rustic garments and long-lasting handmade pieces.

    The wool is brushed and twisted in a small family manufacture with care and respect for traditional craftsmanship.

    Each sample card is assembled by hand using recycled cardboard from yarn packaging materials as part of my small effort to reduce waste and make the packaging process more sustainable ♡

    Hand or gentle machine wash at max 40°C / 104°F. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Additional care varies by fiber type.
