Returns policy
We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
- Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- How to Return: Contact us at yarnplayhome@gmail.com before sending anything. Returns should be sent to: Rumpiškės g. 8-3, Klaipėda 91137.
- Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

Our 100% New Zealand Carpet Wool in Milk White (Code 100) is supplied on a practical 500g cone and is specially selected for tufting, rug making, weaving, punch needle, knitting and textile art.
Made from premium New Zealand wool and produced in our family-owned mill in Lithuania, this durable 4-ply Worsted / Aran weight yarn offers excellent stitch definition, smooth feeding through tufting guns and outstanding durability.
