Returns policy

We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

500 g / 17.5 oz New Zealand Wool Rug Yarn – Color 203 Medium Grey Melange

Natural 100% New Zealand wool yarn created especially for rug making, tufting, weaving, punch needle, and thick crochet projects.

This strong and durable 4-ply wool yarn is an excellent choice for:

• Tufting rugs with a tufting gun
• Hand-tufted wall hangings
• Woven rugs and tapestries
• Punch needle projects
• Thick crocheted rugs and baskets

• Felting projects

The yarn is carded, spun, and twisted with care in a small family-owned mill in Lithuania. It has an authentic rustic wool texture and excellent durability, making it especially suitable for rugs and decorative textile projects.

New Zealand wool is naturally sturdy and slightly rustic. It becomes softer and fuller after washing while retaining its strength and beautiful woolly character.

Yarn Care Instructions

Hand or gentle machine wash at max 40°C / 104°F. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Additional care varies by fiber type.
