    One fine yarn, many possibilities

    About the photographed samples

    The plain merino sample was knitted using two strands of Plum Burgundy PRESTIGE on a Silver Reed standard-gauge knitting machine at tension setting 0.

    For a different look, the multicoloured sample combines two strands of Plum Burgundy merino with one strand of a fine multicoloured companion yarn.

    The multicoloured companion yarn is sold separately, priced per 100 g, and is not included in this listing. It is too fine to knit on its own in this machine setup and works best held together with other yarns.

    Swatching and care

    Make and wash a sample before starting your project to check the finished texture, gauge and suitable needle size.

    Gently hand wash in cool water using a detergent suitable for wool. Avoid rubbing or wringing. Reshape and dry flat.

    Yarn Care Instructions

    Hand or gentle machine wash at max 40°C / 104°F. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Additional care varies by fiber type.
