Returns policy

Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
How to Return: Contact us at yarnplayhome@gmail.com before sending anything. Returns should be sent to: Rumpiškės g. 8-3, Klaipėda 91137.
Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.
