    Returns policy

    We hope you love your yarn! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

    • Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
    • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
    • How to Return: Contact us at yarnplayhome@gmail.com before sending anything. Returns should be sent to: Rumpiškės g. 8-3, Klaipėda 91137.
    • Non-Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
    • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

    European Union Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions.

    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.

    Product Details

    1 kg of beautiful and traditional European wool yarn in a cone for hand knitting, crocheting, yarn dyeing projects, or carpet making.

    100 % of European WOOL was grown in Lithuania. This yarn is made out of Lithuanian sheep Merino and Suffolk sheep wool.

    The yarn was flattered and twisted in small Lithuanian family village manufacture. This kind of wool is not so soft as New Zealand wool, but it is very good for beginners.

    100% European wool – in milk-white color.

     

    WEIGHT: 1kg (35 oz.) is 1749 yards or 1600 meters.

    MADE:    Double ply yarn.

    TYPE:    DK light worsted yarn.

    NEEDLES: 3.5-4.5 EU, 4-7 US.

    Yarn Care Instructions

    Hand or gentle machine wash at max 40°C / 104°F. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Additional care varies by fiber type.
