    This listing is for 1 kg (35 oz) of beautiful, soft, and versatile New Zealand Merino and Suffolk wool blend yarn.

    The yarn comes in 10 skeins of 100 g each, making it especially convenient for hand dyeing. Its natural, undyed milk-white shade provides a beautiful base for plant dyes, acid dyes, and other wool-dyeing techniques.

    This wonderful yarn combines the softness of Merino wool with the durability and resilience of Suffolk wool. It was carefully brushed and spun in a small, family-run village mill using traditional craftsmanship.

    Used as a single strand, this fingering-weight yarn is perfect for knitting socks, scarves, hats, mittens, lightweight sweaters, cardigans, and other delicate garments.

    For a thicker and warmer fabric, simply hold two strands together. This creates a lovely yarn suitable for chunky cardigans, warm sweaters, jackets, blankets, and other cosy projects.

    The yarn is completely undyed and retains the natural milk-white colour of the wool fibres. You can enjoy it in its original shade or dye it to create your own unique colour palette.
